When you need a helping hand to accomplish all your digital marketing goals, you can head to the Marketplace in Conductor to make requests from Conductor.

Learn about each of Conductor’s offerings in the Marketplace and see which are available to your organization based on your support tier, your account's remaining credits, and the number of requests you've made.

Availability of the Marketplace depends on your organization's Conductor account and subscription. If you're not sure whether you have access to the Marketplace, contact Conductor Customer Support.

Overview

Review the offerings listed in the Marketplace to determine which you want to request to fulfill your organization's needs.

Want to review the status of a Marketplace request? Head to the Actions activity.

Marketplace Credits

The number of requests you can make depends on your account. You'll see your credit balance at the top of the Marketplace.

If you need more credits, just click Get More Credits.

Submitting a Request

Submitting a request is as easy as a click.

Determine the offering you want. You can search to help refine your choices down to the kind of service you're looking for.

And when you are sure of the offering you want, hover over it and click Request Now.

Or, click the offering to review a description of the service. Once you're ready, click Want This Service?

In the form in the Actions Panel, you'll enter relevant information about this request. Each service has a different set of information to provide Conductor with the context required to fulfill the request.

Click Order Now when you've finished.
