Why am I not receiving emails from Conductor?
Not receiving emails for password resets or other reasons? This might be related to your organization's email security standards. For example, if your email server does not have a valid SSL certificate, Conductor cannot send you a password reset email directly because it would be unsafe to send that information unencrypted.
If you think this might be the case, you can contact your organization's IT administrator to confirm whether your email serve has a valid SSL certificate. You can also contact our Support team to investigate and confirm whether this is the case.
How do I navigate between different accounts in Conductor?
If you have access to multiple accounts in Conductor (which is common for our agency customers and some of our large, enterprise customers) you can choose an account to switch to from any place in Conductor.
Just select from the menu under your user profile—your recently viewed accounts will appear at the top:
What is Conductor's session time-out limit?
For our security and yours, Conductor has an ISO 27001 Certification—which mandates a time-out limit of no more than 30 minutes. To prevent your session in Conductor from ending unexpectedly, take any action in the platform at least once during this 30-minute time-out limit.
You can learn more about Conductor's commitment to security on the Your Security—and Your Organization's Security—in Conductor article.
Note for Organizations Using Single Sign On
If you have enabled Conductor's SSO integration with your organization's identify provider, Conductor can configure the time-out period to your needs. However, usually these integrations are configured with the help of your Information Security and Identity Management teams—and usually they will decide on the time-out period that reflects your organization's security criteria.
It is likely that the current time-out period configured for the Conductor SSO has already been determined by your organization's criteria. Thus, any change to this period may put you at risk of violating your organization's information security policies.
Before reaching out to Conductor about lengthening the time-out period, confirm what is acceptable with your Information Security team. After doing so, you can send a request to Support.
How do I determine what columns appear in a table?
Throughout Conductor, reports appear with default columns of data. Many of these reports also have other columns of data that you can choose to add to the report using the Display Columns button above each table.
After you choose the columns that you want to appear for the report, these columns will persist if you add the report to a Workspace and will become the default display for all subsequent sessions of Conductor.
Depending on the report you are viewing in Conductor, the display columns selector will look different:
- In most report interfaces:
