Your workspaces just got a glow-up. Here's everything you need to know.
Workspaces are one of the most powerful tools in Conductor for communicating your SEO and content performance to the people who matter most: your team, your stakeholders, and your leadership. And now, they're even easier to use.
We've refreshed the workspace interface with a cleaner, more consistent design that aligns with the rest of the Conductor platform. The core experience you know and love is unchanged, but the controls have been reorganized so everything is more intuitive and easier to find at a glance. Plus, a couple of powerful new capabilities have landed alongside this refresh to make workspace management faster than ever.
Here's a quick look at what's changed—and what it means for how you work.
🎬 See It in Action
Before diving in, watch this quick demo to see the updated workspace experience for yourself:

The Control Bar Is Reorganized
The most visible change is a streamlined control bar at the top of every workspace. Actions that were previously buried in dropdowns are now more accessible and logically grouped.

The "Manage" dropdown is gone. Those actions haven't disappeared, they've just moved to a more intuitive home:
Duplicate, Delete, and Download PDF are now accessible from the overflow menu (···) in the top-right corner of your workspace.
Workspace Settings is now a direct button on the control bar. No more hunting through menus. If you need to update your workspace name, folder, or layout, it's right there.
Share is now email-scoped and repositioned. The Share button now lives on the right side of the control bar and is dedicated to sending your workspace by email, keeping the action clear and purposeful.
The Date Picker Has Been Removed—But Date Control Is Now Stronger
The global date picker at the top of the workspace has been removed. The way most teams manage date ranges is now better handled at the widget level.
When editing individual widgets, you'll now see a standardized "Report on" date picker, a consistent UI pattern that matches how date selection works across the rest of the platform.
How to edit a widget's date range:
Open your workspace.
Hover over the widget you want to update and click Edit.
-
Use the Report on field to set your preferred date range. Options include:
A rolling time frame (e.g., Last 7 days, Last 12 weeks). Conductor updates this automatically so your data stays current.
A fixed start and end date. Ideal for reporting on a specific quarter or campaign.
A fixed start date with no end date. Useful for monitoring an ongoing initiative.
Click Save.

The Toolbar Is Now Sticky
Here's a small change with a big quality-of-life impact: the toolbar is now sticky, meaning it stays visible as you scroll down through your workspace.
This means you can add headers and custom widgets from anywhere on the page—no more scrolling back to the top every time you want to add a new section. Build out long, detailed workspaces more efficiently without losing your place.

Use the table below as a quick reference for what's changed in the updated workspace experience. It summarizes the key differences between the previous interface and the new one so you can get up to speed at a glance.
