Report on your site's performance across properties and accounts
You might know how to investigate and report on your website's keyword performance with the Keywords report or your website's analytics performance with the Pages report.
But what if you track multiple web properties in your Conductor account? Or, what if you have multiple accounts?
To give yourself the most holistic, high-level view of your performance—for executive reporting, for example—you can use Insight Stream and, if you have multiple accounts in Conductor, Accounts Overview, to investigate your performance over time for your tracked keywords and your integrated web analytics.
- In Conductor, go to Insight Stream↗️.
- At the top, review the Traffic from All Channels and Search Visibility widgets.
- Traffic from All Channels includes your metric performance for your integrated web analytics. You can also configure the widget to show data for a particular channel and for either the last 12 weeks or 12 months of available data.
- Search Visibility includes your keyword performance trended over time.
Have more than one account in Conductor?
- Go to Accounts Overview↗️.
- Below you list of accounts, you'll see the Traffic from All Channels and Search Visibility widgets showing data from accounts you choose to see data for. Just select the accounts and the web properties from the menus above the widgets.
What's next?
You've probably noticed you can't add these widgets to workspaces. That's a current limitation related to the way workspaces are built. However, if you find this cross-account reporting valuable—and an important aspect of your reporting process—consider talking to your Account Manager about FlexHub Reporting.
FlexHub reports provide multidimensional business intelligence reports directly in Conductor. Reports from the FlexHub include layers of data that provide context and insight into the wealth of data collected by Conductor. One of the great benefits of FlexHub is that you can see data from across multiple accounts.
